Ms. Isa Fernández
Isa Fernández joined the Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) in 2013 as Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Coordinator to actively support the growth and development of local M/WBE businesses. Having served as co-chair and chair for BOTS from 2013-2015, she is also a member of the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) board of directors. She is also the EAA member entity representative and business development mentor to students and alumni of the Business Opportunity Academy (BOA), several of whom have collaborated with Fernández to facilitate the EAA Quarterly M/WBE Seminar Series. The series presents thoughtful, proactive and energizing workshops that promote small business development through collaboration, outreach and innovation. Fernández has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology and a Masters of Public Administration.
